Guwahati - Shillong - Cherrapunji

Day 1: Guwahati – Shillong (Approx. 3 hrs drive)

• Arrival at Guwahati Airport

• Drive to Shillong, en route stop at Umiam Lake

• Check-in at hotel

• Evening visit to Ward’s Lake

• Overnight stay in Shillong

Day 2: Shillong – Cherrapunji (Approx. 2 hrs drive)

• After breakfast, transfer to Cherrapunji

• En-route visit Elephant Falls and Mawkdok Valley Viewpoint

• Visit Mawsmai Cave and Nohsngithiang (Seven Sisters) Falls

• Overnight stay in Cherrapunji

Day 3: Day Trip to Mawlynnong & Dawki (From Shillong)

• Scenic drive to Mawlynnong (Asia’s Cleanest Village)

  • Explore village lanes, optional short walk to Living Root Bridge

• Drive to Dawki

  • View Umngot River, optional gentle boat ride

• Return to Shillong for the overnight stay

Day 4: Shillong – Guwahati

• After breakfast, drive back to Guwahati

• Visit Shankardev Kalashetra, Handloom emporium

• Evening at leisure

• Overnight stay in Guwahati

Day 5: Guwahati Sightseeing & Departure

• Post breakfast, visit Kamakhya Temple and Umananda Temple (midst of Brahmaputra)

• Transfer to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for departure
