Day 01 :
Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati, Assam

Begin your tour in Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India. Visit the Kamakhya Temple, situated at top the Nilachal Hill, offering panoramic views of the city and the Brahmaputra River. In the evening, consider a serene river cruise on the Brahmaputra to witness a picturesque sunset.

Day 02 :
Guwahati to Shillong, Meghalaya (Approximately 100 km)

Depart for Shillong, often referred to as the "Scotland of the East." On the way, stop at Umiam Lake, a sprawling reservoir surrounded by lush hills, perfect for a brief respite and photo opportunities.

In Shillong: Explore local attractions such as the Don Bosco Museum, which showcases the diverse cultures of Northeast India, and Ward's Lake, a charming man-made lake encircled by gardens.

Day 03 :
Shillong to Cherrapunji (Sohra) (Approximately 54 km)

Day 05 :
Cherrapunji to Mawlynnong and Dawki (Approximately 81 km)

Mawlynnong: Visit this picturesque village, acclaimed as one of the cleanest in Asia. Stroll through its tidy pathways and observe the ingenious living root bridges.

Dawki: Proceed to Dawki, a town on the Indo-Bangladesh border. Here, the Umngot River's crystal-clear waters offer opportunities for boating, with the riverbed visible beneath.

Day 06 :
Return to Guwahati (Approximately 170 km)
