Day-1: Arrive Guwahati airport and transfer to Manas National Park . Evening Free for liesure. Overnight

Manas Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the State of Assam in North-East India, a biodiversity hotspot. Covering an area of 39,100 hectares, it spans the Manas river and is bounded to the north by the forests of Bhutan. The Manas Wildlife Sanctuary is part of the core zone of the 283,700 hectares Manas Tiger Reserve, and lies alongside the shifting river channels of the Manas River. The site’s scenic beauty includes a range of forested hills, alluvial grasslands and tropical evergreen forests. The site provides critical and viable habitats for rare and endangered species, including tiger, greater one-horned rhino, swamp deer, pygmy hog and Bengal florican. Manas has exceptional importance within the Indian sub-continent’s protected areas, as one of the most significant remaining natural areas in the region, where sizeable populations of a large number of threatened species continue to survive.

Day -2: Manas National Park (Tribal Village + Jeep Safari)

Post breakfast walk through the Boro tribal villages to witness their typical village lifestyle, Boro is one the prime tribal community of Assam, Enjoy traditional Lunch at village, Later explore the national park in Bansbari range with Jeep Safari. Overnight

Day 03: Manas National Park - Pobitora wildlife Sanctuary(220 kms/ 5 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary.Afternoon free for liesure. Overnight

Pobitora is mainly famous for its great Indian One-horned rhinoceros. Besides rhinoceros, the other animals are leopard, wild boar, Barking deer, wild buffalo etc. Assam's Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary is also home to more than 2000 migratory birds and various reptiles. It is also an Important Bird Area.

Day 04: Pobiotora - Nameri National Park (220 kms/ 6 hrs)

Enjoy Jungle activities at the Santuary and after Drive to Nameri National Park that is famous for its bird-life, specially the White-winged wood duck. Stay overnight

Nameri National Park is located on the banks of the river Bhorelli on the northern side of the Brahmaputra. Situated on the foothills of the great Himalayas, it is another tiger and bison country. Deciduous forests with the river Bhorelli flowing by its side, have added a unique charm to it. A trek inside the forest enables good sighting of the White Winged Wood Duck. Option to go for adventure activities like – white water rafting and angling. Nameri is the access point to Western and central Arunachal Pradesh.

Day 05: Nameri - Kaziranga National Park (110 kms/ 3 hrs)

Early morning, explore Nameri National Park by trekking around the outer fringe of the forest followed by rafting post breakfast . Afternoon, drive on to Kaziranga National Park . Overnight

Kaziranga National Park – a world Heritage Site, is a home to more than 75% of the world’s population of the great Indian One Horned Rhinoceros. Kaziranga has a wide variety of fauna and avi-fauna in a unique habitat. Grasslands, mainly comprising of close tangled and thorny rattan cane, elephant grass and tall trees of the evergreen forest are interspersed with numerous water bodies, marshes and shallow pools. The main wildlife besides the Rhino comprise of the Asiatic Water Buffalo, Elephant, Tiger, Leopard, Swamp Deer, Barking Deer, Hog Deer and Sambar. More than 400 species of birds are found in Kaziranga. Sighting is excellent and is always a great experience.

Day 06: At Kaziranga National Park

Enjoy Jungle activities inside the park. Apart from Elephant & Jeep Safari you can visit Orchid Park where you can see verities of Orchid and Bamboo along with local folk dance such as Bihu, Jhumur danace .Overnight stay at Kaziranga

1. Entry ticket & Jeep safari are all regulated and controlled by the forest Dept. Govt. of Assam. We do not have any control on the booking of entry ticket & Jeep safari.

2. Elephant rides are conducted and controlled by the forest department. We cannot confirm the same in advance. The ticket counter for booking opens only in the evening, one day prior to the ride. Only after securing the tickets, we can confirm the ride for you.

Day 07: Kaziranga National Park - Dibrugarh (240 kms/ 5 hrs)

Early morning with packed breakfast go for a nature trek to Panbari range – a reserve forest and a natural corridor to the adjoining Karbi Hills. See woodland birds like the Shama, Paradise Flycatcher etc. After lunch, depart for Dibrugarh . Enroute see the monuments and temples of the Ahom Dynasty at Sivasagar. Overnight

Sivsagar was once the capital of the Ahom Kings. The Shans who came from Thailand through Northern Myanmar to this area in early 13th century, ruled for 600 years. The Siva Temple, built by the Ahoms, situated here is believed to be the tallest of all existing Hindu temples. The ruins of the Ahom palaces and monuments dot the landscape around this historical town. Centuries, before the arrival of the British, this part of the world was controlled by a number of tribal chieftains.

In the town of Sivasagar, one can still see the remaining well preserved relics. Palaces, tanks, forts, places of worship and burial sites (vaults) at Charaideo reflects the richness of this highly evolved and advanced civilization. The largest and the oldest amphi-theatre of Asia (Rang Ghar) is also another remarkable landmark in the history of Sivasagar.

Day 08: Dibrugarh - Dibru-Saikhowa National Park - Dibrugarh

Early morning drive to Guijan range of Dibru-Saikhowa National Park (50kms/1.5hrs) – a riverine park and a biodiversity hotspot situated on the southern bank of the river Brahmaputra. Explore the park in a country boat or trek inside the park as cruising may not be possible during winter when the water dries up. Return to Dibrugarh late in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.

Dibru-Saikhowa National Park has the most distinct and vibrant wildlife. This park got its status as a national park in 1999 only. The forest in this park ranges from semi-evergreen to deciduous to littoral to swampy marshes with patches of semi- evergreen jungles. About 36 species of mammals have so far been recorded in Dibru-Saikhowa National Park – Royal Bengal Tiger, Leopard, Clouded Leopard, Jungle Cat, Sloth Bear, Malayan Giant Squirrel, Slow Loris are some to name a few. Dibru-Saikhowa is a safe haven to many rare and endangered species of birdlife. We take boat rides and walks around parts of the park’s southern fringes. We will be able to see the White Winged Wood Duck, Bengal Florican, Great Indian Hornbill, Greater Adjutant Stork, Pallas’s Fish Eagle, Greater Spotted Eagle, Swamp Fran Colin, Swamp Prynia and Marsh Babbler.

Day 1: | Bagdogra - Dibrugarh - Mancotta T.E

Transfer to airport. On arrival at Dibrugarh Airport, transfer to a luxurious heritage bungalow nearby locanted midst the serene greens of Mancotta Tea Estate and owned by the prestigious Jalan group. Afternoon will be free at leisure to get a feel of the plantations, followed by evening tea and a visit to the upbeat market area of the town. Overnight in bungalow.

Day 2:| Mancotta T.E

Go for an early morning stroll into the tea gardens, the best time to experience the therapeutic aromas and the plantations fresh with new leaves and greenery. Later after a leisurely breakfast, you will leave for a guided tour of the tea factory to learn about the various processes involved in the production of tea and if possible have a conversation with the manager. Afternoon and evening will be free at leisure to relax in the peaceful ambience of the lush green plantations. Horse riding through the countryside and plantations may also be possible on prior notice. A visit to the planter's clubhouse can be knowledgeable and hints at the rich colonial days. To experience a spectacular sunset, a boat ride can be organized in the mighty Brahmaputra River depending on the river conditions and weather. Evening can be spent exploring the town's busy markets and dine in a nice restaurant.

Day 3:| Mancotta T.E - Sivasagar - Gatoonga T.E

After a leisurely breakfast, leave for Gatoonga Tea Estate near Jorhat (4 hours) to arrive at a boutique luxury heritage bungalow for your stay. En route at Sivasagar you will be visiting the architecturally rich medieval ruins and temples of the Ahom Dynasty that once ruled Assam for more than 600 mighty years. Rest of the day free to settle down to the easygoing plantation life.

Day 4:| Gatoonga T.E

In the morning hours, you will visit the Adivasi women pluckers to observe their work and end up plucking some of your own leaves. After breakfast at leisure, you’ll leave for a guided visit to a nearby factory, followed by a tea tasting tour of the different grades of tea produced in the factory. You will also visit the nearby Tea Research Association at Tocklai where pioneering experiments and research is conducted to help tea growers. You will get a chance to interact with some of the scientists and professionals who are experts in their field. After lunch, you’ll be visiting some nearby villages to observe the simple and sustainable lifestyle of the Indian countryside. Evening at leisure, maybe visit the clubhouse for dinner through a classic setting.

Day 5| Gatoonga T.E - Majuli - Gatoonga T.E

For a day excursion, you will leave for Majuli (2 hours), which is the largest inhabited river island of the world and a hotbed of ages-old Assamese monastic culture. En route cross the mighty Brahmaputra River in a scenic ferry ride. Spend the day visiting monasteries of the island where you will meet monks who live a peaceful life learning forms of arts, drama, music, dance and philosophy. Visit tribal villages and a mask making center. Lunch will be in a village house where you will get to taste and can learn to cook various ethnic Missing dishes by a warm family. Return to bungalow by dusk for overnight. Evening will be at leisure. Alternatively, for the wildlife inclined, a day trip to nearby Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary can be arranged where snakes, butterflies, birds and primates rule the jungle.)

Day 6| Gatoonga T.E - Adabarie T.E

After breakfast, leave for Adabarie Tea Estate near Balipara (4-5 hours) for stay in a boutique luxurious planter’s bungalow owned by the Williamson Magor Group, the biggest tea company of the world. The journey will thus cross to the Himalayan drained north-bank of the Brahmaputra. Afternoon and evening will be free at leisure to get acquainted with the plantation life in and around the bungalow. As the properties here have their own little organic farms, you may want to pluck some of the produces and learn to cook them in a local way in an informal cooking lesson.

Day 7:| Adabarie T.E

After breakfast, leave for a tea tasting tour and a factory visit guided by an expert. Meeting with the manager will be insightful in learning more about Assam tea. Later in the afternoon, you will get to experience a unique tea time elephant trek, giving you a chance to interact with an elephant and its mahout, and stroll around the plantations and nearby villages. Alternatively, you may also choose a leisurely cycle tour instead of an elephant. Evening at leisure.


Day 8:| Adabarie T.E – Kaziranga National Park

After breakfast proceed for Kaziranga National Park, the home of the “One Horned Rhinoceros”. Check in at your resort. Later visit Tribal Villages around. Overnight stay at Resort.

Day 9:| Kaziranga National Park

Early morning explore Western Zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of elephant. Apart from world's endangered One-horned Rhinoceros, the Park sustains half the world's population of genetically pure Wild Water Buffaloes, over 1000 Wild elephants and perhaps the densest population of Royal Bengal Tigers anywhere. Kaziranga is also a bird watcher's paradise and home to some 500 species of birds. The Crested Serpent Eagle, Palla's Fishing Eaglonward e, Gray headed Fishing Eagle, Swamp Partridge, Bar-headed goose, whistling Teal, Bengal Florican, Storks, Herons and Pelicans are some of the species found here. We will return to the resort for breakfast. Afternoon we have arranged a jeep safari through the Central Zone of the National Park. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 10| Kaziranga National Park – Guwahati Airport

Wildlife and Tea Tour

Day 01: Arrive Guwahati - Nameri National Park (260 km / 5 hrs)


As you will arrive at Guwahati airport, our representative will receive you from the airport and transfer to Nameri National Park. Nameri is also located within the foothills of the eastern Himalayas. On the way to Nameri, we will stop at Tezpur for a short tour, visiting its historical ruins. Further continue drive to Nameri. Upon reaching transfer to the Nature camp. Evening free for leisure or make a visit to the nearby Pygmy Hog Foundation and learn about the species. The Pygmy Hogs are one of the world's most endangered mammals. They are kept in a captive breeding in Guwahati and now they are kept in semi-natural conditions of Nameri before being set free into the park. Overnight stay in camp.

Day 02: Nameri National Park

This morning we will go for a fascinating river rafting on Jia Bhoroli River. For the same we will drive 25 kms from the resort towards the river upstream, from where we will enjoy the downstream rafting on the inflatable raft. Here we will have a chance to see a lot of migratory waterfowl and if you are so lucky then one can even spot the Royal Bengal Tiger and the Elephant on the banks of the river from the boat. The 13 km stretch of rafting will takes around three hours.
After the river rafting return to the camp site for Lunch

After lunch we will go on a nature trail along the reserve. Here we will be accompanied with the knowledgeable forest guides and armed forest guards. The forest treks are the best way to explore the Nameri National Park as it allows you to get very close to the wildlife. Here one can spot the rare species of white-winged wood ducks and the great hornbills.

Day 03: Nameri National Park - Eaglenest (135 Km / 4 hrs)


Today we will proceed to Eagle Nest Wildlife Sanctuary of Arunachal Pradesh via Tenga. On the way, we will visit Tipi Orchid Centre at Tipi. Afternoon, birding around Lama Camp and stay overnight at Lama Camp.


Day 04: Eaglenest

After breakfast full day exploration to Eaglenest. Overnight Stay at Lama Camp.

The Eagle's Nest Wildlife Sanctuary is situated at an altitude that ranges between 500 to 3200 mt covering an area of 218 sq km. The sanctuary covers the area from Eagle's nest pass to north of Khellong and from the entire slope from Lama Camp to Khellong is a prime birding area. We can enjoy a vehicle trail from Tenga to Kamengbari through Eagle's nest pass and will have a good birding during the drive. The Eagle's nest sanctuary has diverse vegetation ranging from lowland evergreen forest to broad-leaved forest, bamboo and conifers; in both subtropical and temperate altitudes.

Day 05: Eaglenest - Pakke Wildlife Sanctuary

After breakfast we will leave for Pakke Wildlife sanctuary. En-route we will stop at various bird-watching locations for birding. Upon arrival at the sanctuary check into the forest rest house. In the evening, we will go around the rest house for our birding in Pakke. Overnight stay

Day 06: Pakke Wildlife Sanctuary

The Pakke wildlife sanctuary is situated at an altitude ranges between 100 to 2000 mt covering an area of 862 sq km. walking inside the park is permitted only with a forest guard. The vehicle track in the Pakke is between Khari and Seijusa only rest of the other birding areas will be covered by foot or on an Elephant. We can also enjoy a very good birding around the areas in woodlands of forests department complex which are located at Sejusa and Khari. The avifauna found in Pakke are leschenault's forktail, lesser necklaced laughing-thrush, jerdon's baza, silver-eared Mesia, pied falconet, collared and long-tailed broadbills, wreathed and great hornbills, white-cheeked hill-partridge, grey peacock-pheasant, elwe's crake, ibisbill, emerald cuckoo, red-headed trogon, green-pigeon, forest eagle-owl, blue-naped pitta, lesser shortwing, white-browed shortwing, daurian redstart, white-bellied yuhina, yellow-bellied flycatcher-warbler, sultan tit, ruby-cheeked sunbird, maroon oriole, crow-billed drongo etc.

Day 07: Pakke Wildlife Sanctuary

After breakfast we will continue with our bird watching tour in Eagle's nest for the second consecutive day. Overnight Stay at Lama Camp.

Day 08: Pakke Wildlife Sanctuary - Tezpur
In the morning, we will have short birding trip around the accommodation followed by a driver to Tezpur. Upon arrival check into the hotel. In the evening have a short tour around the city t
